Fill the mats.

Most clubs already have a website. What they need is more sign-ups walking through the door. Here’s how I help; fixed prices, real recommendations, in-person.

I’m TJ, based in Mellor Brook near Blackburn. I work with combat sports gyms and martial arts clubs across Lancashire to turn their websites into a steady source of new members. Every price below is what I actually charge; no surprises after the first call.

FAQ

Things coaches usually ask.

A generic audit usually means a PDF full of jargon you can’t act on. The Review is a written report aimed at one thing: getting more people to sign up at your gym. Every recommendation is specific to your club, your town, and the people walking past your door, and we go through it together in person so you’re not left guessing what to do first.
No. You walk away with the report and a clear plan. If you want to implement it yourself, brilliant. If you’d rather hand it off, we can talk about Get Found or Fill the Mats. No pressure, no contract.
Both work. The Review hands you a plan you can run with. Many coaches have someone in-house who can make the actual changes. If you’d rather not, the higher tiers include the implementation work.
Mostly, yes. I focus on combat sports gyms and martial arts clubs because I understand the membership cycle, the trial class funnel, and what makes a parent or new starter actually book. I’ll occasionally work with other local businesses, but it’s not my main thing.
I come to your gym. We sit down, walk through what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do about it. No slides, no jargon, usually about an hour. Tier 2 and 3 clients get bi-weekly meetings throughout the project so we stay aligned without endless email chains.
You own your domain and hosting,I don’t lock you into anything. Most clubs are already sorted; if not, I’ll point you to options that cost roughly £10–£15/month and stay out of the way.
